BURWASH AND ETCHINGHAM

We are a traditional business offering our customers good quality meat and a good service. We believe that meat should be hung on the bone for a minimum of three weeks to improve flavour and promote tenderness.

Our meat is sourced locally and from free range production, wherever possible.In our production unit we manufacture pies, sausage rolls and the famous Burwash Beauty sausages. Jarvis Butchers has a small and dedicated team of experienced staff who work to achieve the highest of standards.
